Tick each item; how do you score?

1. I am able to want a tremendous amount - but crave nothing.

2. My life is set up so I have people or fun activities to look forward to ALL of the time.

3. My standards are clear and they are high. They support me - yet I am not constrained by them.

4. I have accepted what is "so" and take actions from "reality", rather from a world of hope or fantasy.

5. Physically, I am very, very WELL.

6. I am really ok about and with myself.

7. I don't gossip - that is, I NEVER speak about another person not present

8. I simply do not tolerate anything or anyone. I am not obnoxious about it but I either handle the situation fully or get out.

9. I do not complain. Rather I turn my complaints into requests.

10. I fully choose each moment, person and activity.

11. I will not try to prove something. I take the path of least resistance and I get there effortlessly.

12. People may not cross my boundaries.

14. I don't step over anything someone says to me that doesn't sound right.

15. I don't wait; I respond immediately.

22. I don't process every thought I have; yet I don't blurt every thing either.

23. I am not invested in other people, although I do invest in them.

24. I don't expect anything from anyone.

25. I don't hang with someone just to fill time; I fully enjoy them or I don't spend time with them. I don't tolerate anything less.
