# Elite Personal Training (What You Can Expect)
Through using a combination of tools such as free weights, cables, stability balls, kick boxing and others
You will learn to utilise your body as a whole unit (mind included) to achieve exceptional results.
Plus HIT bodyweight training to get you feeling FITTER, STRONGER and LEANER fast!
This results in training more muscle groups resulting in burning more calories, increasing basal metabolic rate and ultimately rapid weight loss.
Training sessions will be adapted to suit your lifestyle, current fitness levels, needs, goals - whether at your home, office or outdoors.
Partner training and small group training (< 4 people) are also available. Just ask!

You will benefit from a Trainer like me, in his mid 40’s, who has worked with 1000’s of clients over a period of 23 years.
Not only can I tell you what to do, but I can help you take on board new habits and ways of thinking (one of my key strengths!) for LASTING change.
When I trained fitness instructors for Technogym throughout the UK health clubs, the biggest hurdle for Trainers was not knowing how to effectively progress an exercise programme over the weeks.
The result: You get given pretty much the same workout, week in and week out, based on the same 20-30 basic exercises they learnt in a 2-day certification class!
OR their programs are designed around what works best for them!
I am fully capable of inspiring you and educating you to get the maximum effect from EVERY SINGLE workout you complete, to get you looking ultrafit!

However, I don’t take just anybody!
My clients represent me and I simply can’t allow my hard earned reputation to be tarnished by people who don't aspire to the same level of excellence as I do.
